Copyright and content reports

Last updated: 1 October 2026

How to report content on Traack that infringes copyright, shares intimate images without consent, puts children at risk or is otherwise illegal, and how we handle those reports. Signed-in users can also report a meal or a user from the ··· menu in the app.

1. Reporting in the app

Signed-in users can report a meal, its photo or a user from the ··· menu, and can block users. Reports go to our moderation team, which reviews them and may remove content or restrict accounts that break our Terms of Service.

2. Reporting illegal content

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they believe is illegal, including under the EU Digital Services Act, by emailing support@traack.app. Please include:

  • a link to the content or profile and a description of where it appears;
  • why you believe it is illegal;
  • your name and email address (not required when reporting child sexual abuse material);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

3. What happens next

We confirm receipt, review reports promptly, diligently and objectively, and tell you what we decided. People review every report; we do not remove content automatically. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you why (a statement of reasons) and you can ask us to review the decision by replying to that message or writing to support@traack.app. Our points of contact for users and authorities are support@traack.app and support@traack.app, in English or Spanish.

4. Intimate images shared without consent

If someone shared an intimate image or video of you on Traack (real or AI-generated) without your consent, email support@traack.app or report it in the app. Include a link to the content or enough information for us to find it, your signature (typing your full name is enough), and a short statement that you are the person shown, or authorised to act for them, and that it was shared without consent. We remove valid requests within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies.

5. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and for any content that sexualises or endangers minors. Report it immediately to support@traack.app or through the in-app report. We remove it, preserve it as the law requires, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

6. Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content on Traack infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent, Kevin De la Coba Malam, Rent-O Software LLC, 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor Suite #88886, Miami, FL 33132, United States, phone +44 7466 201957 (U.S. Copyright Office registration DMCA-1081537), at support@rent-o.es. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • identification of the material you say is infringing and enough information to locate it, such as the profile link and the meal;
  • your address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

7. Counter-notices

If your content was removed after a copyright notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@rent-o.es with your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding your counter-notice, unless the sender tells us they have filed a court action.

8. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. As a rule, an account that receives three valid copyright notices is closed.

9. False reports

Knowingly false copyright notices can lead to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may stop processing reports from people who repeatedly send manifestly unfounded notices.

10. Requests from authorities

Authorities can contact us at support@traack.app. We respond to valid legal process and may disclose data where the law requires it or to prevent imminent harm.
