This page explains how Traack uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category is for, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, and help us keep Traack secure and working as expected.
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for Traack to function. They keep you signed in, protect against security risks, and remember settings such as your language and theme. Because the site cannot work properly without them, they do not require consent and are always active.
Analytics cookies
With your consent we use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how people use Traack — for example which features are used and where problems occur — so we can improve the product. These cookies are only set after you accept them, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded.
Payments and Stripe
When you start a subscription or buy credits, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud. These are managed by Stripe under its own privacy and cookie policies, and are strictly necessary to complete a payment.
Manage your preferences
You can change your choice at any time. Opening preferences lets you turn analytics on or off; essential cookies cannot be disabled.
